If you need to make a Will or amend a Will, then our experienced solicitors can help you. A Will is an important legal document which sets out who will be responsible for dealing with your estate after you die and who will benefit from it. If you do not have a Will, then your estate will be distributed in accordance with intestacy rules, which may mean those who you wish to benefit, may not.
